I was first introduced to RAW foods about 4 years ago. Most of my knowledge has been acquired by taking local RAW food classes, eating at RAW living food restaurants, independent research and talking with others about the lifestyle.

As far back as I can remember, preparing food for family and friends has always been something that I enjoyed. It is a wonderful feeling to know that what you love doing brings happiness and fulfillment to others.

My culinary influences are inspired by Southern, Italian, Thai, Japanese, Latin and West African cuisines.
